How many candidates can sit an assessment at once?

Assessments are delivered concurrently and the platform is load-tested for large cohorts sitting the same paper in the same window. If you are planning a specific sitting, tell us the number and we will confirm the sizing with you.

What does proctoring actually capture?

Webcam recording for the session, tab switches, fullscreen exits, and loss of camera or microphone permission. Every event is timestamped against the attempt so a reviewer can see exactly what happened and when.

Do candidates need to install anything?

No. The assessment runs in a standard browser over HTTPS. Candidates grant camera and microphone access once, at the door, and a hardware check runs before the timer starts.

Can I stop people using throwaway email addresses?

Yes. Disposable and temporary email domains are refused at the join step, and the address has to receive a one-time code before the candidate can start.

How long are recordings kept?

Recordings are stored off-server and pruned automatically on a retention schedule. You can shorten or extend that window to match your own policy.

Can I reuse a paper for another cohort?

Yes. Duplicate an assessment, set a new window, and invite the next group. Question order is shuffled per candidate, so a reused paper does not leak.
